Where is our company located?
Our home office is located in Tewksbury, Massachusetts and our manufacturing facility is located in Mishawaka, Indiana. Our outside sales team work out of their home offices.
What are our company benefits?
WellPet offers a comprehensive benefits package and generously assumes much of the cost for these excellent plans. For medical coverage, we have a choice of two PPO plans from Blue Cross. Our dental plan is very comprehensive and provided by Delta USA. We also have vision and flexible spending plans. ING is our 401(k) provider, and the company offers a match program. The company also sponsors our short and long term disability and life insurance plans. Other benefits our team enjoys are Tuition Reimbursement, Scholarship opportunities for children, Pet Insurance, Complimentary Pet Food and an Employee Assistance Program.
If I come to work at WellPet, when am I eligible for the benefit programs?
Most benefit programs start the first of the month following your date of hire. You can elect to join our 401(k) plan at the first of any month. Tuition Reimbursement has a 90–day waiting period. All benefit plans are subject to eligibility and waiting periods.
What does our company offer for Paid Time Off?
We know that working hard has to be paired with rest and relaxation time. To help find that proper balance, WellPet offers Paid Time Off with a combination of vacation time, company holidays, floating holidays and personal time.
