The 'plants' and herbs added to HOKAMIX can be divided into several
classes with distinct characteristics, curative and preventative properties.

Plants containing Specific Vitamins present in HOKAMIX

Name Vitamin Additional	Pharmacological
		Content Components	Effect

Capsicum Vitamin A	Alkaloids	Stimulates blood circulation
frutescens	Vitamin C	Carotene	Stimulates immunity
(Cayenne) Flavanoids

Tarexecum	Vitamin A	Taraxine	Stimulates liver and bladder
officinale	Vitamin B	Triterpenese	Diuretic action
(Dandelion)	Vitamin C	Choline Used in cases of hypokalemie
		Vitamin D	Potassium

				Iron
The plants shown in the above table, besides their vitamin content, have
characteristic organic compounds providing the following pharmacological
effects:
- stimulation of blood circulation
- stimulation of the immunological system with increased resistance to
  infections.
- stimulation of the liver and bladder function resulting in more efficient
  digestion.
- a level of antibiotic activity can be attributed to the addition of
  Agropyron repens.
It should be noted that the pharmacological effect on the use of natural
vitamins cannot be compared to the effects produced by the addition of
synthetic vitamins. Natural vitamins produce negligible side effects, the
benefits last longer and their action on the metabolism is less severe.

considered as having a preventative effect on cardiovascular disorders.
Moreover, almond oil is an emollient preventing constipation.

Plants containing Trace Elements present in- HOKAMIX

Name Spore Element Pharmacological Effect

Nereocystis sp.	Iodine Gastric ulcers
(Kelp) Bromine Chronic constipation
				Source of iodine and bromine

Laminaria	Iodine Gastric ulcers
(Kelp) Bromine Chronic constipation
				Source of iodine and bromine
The addition of these two plants, which are principally seaweeds, will
result in the following pharmacological effect:
-softening of stools in cases of chronic constipation
