The Sales Coordinator will be based in the Tewksbury office. Reporting to the Sales Planning Director, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of price lists across the commercial organization, as well as will be responsible to monitor and enforce MRP and iMRP policies with customers.



Position Description:

  • Coordinate the commercial pricing process from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are met within the required timing to execute
  • Lead the circulation of price list changes and customer pricing changes through the executive team
  • Monitor pricing across customers to ensure pricing is in compliance with MRP and iMRP Policy
  • Drive a process in which violations are brought to the attention of executive team, sales team, and customers themselves
  • Enforce policies via customer notification
  • Live the WellPet Vision, Mission and Values and do whatever it takes for the pets who depend on us


Position Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business management or marketing
  • 1 to 3 years of analytical or sales support experience in a CPG setting preferably
  • Ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to drive results
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Strong relationship-building skills  and a customer service orientation
  • Creative and strategic thinking ability, along with the ability to translate that thinking into tactical steps
  • Action and results-oriented
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 5%
