Position Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our Human Resources team to oversee our full cycle recruitment efforts and build strong talent pipelines for our current and future hiring needs. Day to day responsibilities will include sourcing and screening applicants, meeting with internal stakeholders, facilitating the interview process and executing employer branding tasks. This individual will report to the Director of HR and be based out of our Tewksbury Corporate Headquarters. They will interact with hiring managers across our corporate and North America Sales team functions and our global HR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment: source, screen, qualify, and facilitate the interview process for assigned hiring requisitions
  • Manage the offer process, including making recommendations go/no go, compensation, etc.
  • Ensure process and policy requirements are met at every stage
  • Develop and manage relationships internally and externally to ensure we find the right talent; single point of contact for all external agencies
  • Maintain the employee referral program
  • Provide administrative support needed to ensure a smooth candidate and interviewer experience
  • Own the relationship with the candidate, both during and after the interview process
  • Host and attend networking events
  • Drive associated processes, including approvals, selection criteria, technical assessments, references, and candidate documentation
  • Partner with hiring managers to design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements; lead the interview team kick off meeting and candidate feedback processes
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and execute regular recruitment marketing tasks to drive pipeline; foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Drive positive culture development within the Corporate and North America Sales groups

 Requirements:

  • BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Two years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role where you have developed full-cycle recruiting experience using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft technology, social media and professional networking tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative team player with exemplary work-ethic, and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong Organizational skills, managing multiple projects, shifting priorities and deadlines
