Position Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented and detail-driven Financial Analyst to join our FP&A organization in Tewksbury. Key skills needed to succeed include advanced financial modeling, strong communication skills, a passion for data analysis, solid understanding of accounting principles and problem solving abilities. The role will report to the Senior Manager of FP&A, partner with all departments of the company and be a “power user” of our BPM tool, Host Analytics.




  • Maintain all aspects of Host Analytics, our BPM tool, including but not limited to:
    • User security
    • Report maintenance and creation
    • Forecast and Budget scenario building
    • Planning Template creation and management
    • Hierarchy maintenance
    • End user training and support
  • Assist in our monthly/quarterly forecast and annual budget processes
  • Handle ad hoc requests from business partners that may require financial analysis
  • Understand and analyze monthly variances to Forecast/Budget
  • Support our parent company reporting requirements
  • Assist with Capital Investment reporting and tracking across manufacturing sites to support proper investment decisions by management and to provide accurate cash flow forecasts to Corporate
  • Support preparation of financial and operational reports for distribution to senior and operational management
  • Assist Financial Planning & Analysis ("FP&A") team with meeting cyclical and ad hoc deadlines for projects by building models, analyzing data, and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual results, budget, and forecasts
  • Assist with project work that will involve several different financial disciplines including, but not limited to FP&A, new innovation costs, procurement strategies/cost savings, manufacturing investments and pricing support for our brands



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1-2 years of work experience as a Financial Analyst
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Host Analytics or a similar BPM tool
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Point and Word
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Willingness to work with changing priorities and multitask
