Weaned puppies for first 6 months. Six months to 1 year small breeds - 250 mg. gradually increase to adult levels medium breeds - 500 mg. small breeds - 250mg. to 500mg. medium breeds - 500mg. to 1500mg. Larger breeds for first 4 months. Four to 18 months Increase from 500mg. to 1000 mg. gradually increase to adult levels For Giant breeds - 750 mg. to 2000 mg. large breeds - 2000mg. to 3000mg. giant breeds - 2000mg. to 6000mg. For therapeutic purposes use the high end of the dosages or go to bowel tolerance with the dosage meaning
increase their dose until they get diarrhea then cut back a little until it stops. Sick dogs can take a lot of vitamin C before they get diarrhea.
