Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and technically savvy Administrative Assistant to join the team as we take the Company to the next level of growth. This individual will be a true business partner to the commercial organization by providing best in class administrative support to our sales and marketing leaders. 
Position Description (Responsibilities):
Maintain executive calendars, including coordination & facilitation of meetings of all sizes with both internal and external stakeholders
Manage all travel related tasks for supported executives, including travel bookings, expense management, etc. 
Facilitate purchasing, including ordering office supplies, Purchase Order requisitions, and invoice processing
Develop presentations, spreadsheets and other documents as needed while maintaining confidentiality at all times. 
Execute special projects and assignments, such as the frequent feeder program, samples, tradeshows, product fulfillment, trademark maintenance, competitive benchmarking, and home use testing coordination
Act as back up to reception by answering phones and greeting guests as needed

Requirements:
This position is ideally suited for an individual who has demonstrated success in a role supporting multiple Executives in a fast-paced environment. Other requirements include:
A minimum of three years of experience supporting multiple executives in a corporate setting
Power user of Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word
Familiarity with Concur Expense management, and web-based ERP systems is helpful
Excellent communication skills dealing with many types of individuals in a professional manner
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to continuously manage priorities
Good project management skills
Team player with a positive and professional attitude at all times
Sees challenges as opportunities and translates them into actionable tasks
Displays grace and presence at all times
Polished demeanor with experience presenting to senior leadership
Energized by fast-paced environment
Bachelor degree preferred
