Position Summary: 
Our team at WellPet is made up of professionals who understand the difference our products make in the lives of pets. We are currently seeking a polished Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO, General Counsel, CFO, and VP of Human Resources.  This position is based in our Tewksbury office and reports to the CEO. This individual will provide daily administrative support for our Senior Leadership Team, and will undoubtedly meet and interact with Wellies from across the organization globally in their day to day work.
Position Description (Responsibilities):
Calendar management and travel planning
Create and manage purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and manage individual expense reports for each supported Executive
Maintain confidential paper and digital file systems
Respond to inquiries from both internal and external parties in a timely fashion
Maintain confidentiality of information
Represent WellPet and our Senior Leadership team professionally at all times.
Position Requirements:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join our team. This position requires good time management, high attention to detail and follow through. In addition, you will need:
High School Diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of five years of experience in an Executive Support role
Microsoft Outlook power user
Strong Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel skills
Experience with Microsoft Teams or a similar messaging and file management platform
Experience with Concur expense management software
Ability to organize and prioritize information and tasks
Adept at managing changing priorities and communicating on the fly
A positive attitude and a proactive approach
Displays grace and presence at all times
Consummate team player
